In "Howard & Lex: the Way We Roll," lead actress Sylvia Kleinman reminisces about Baltimore's west side. Back in the day, Frank Sinatra performed at the Hippodrome; ladies in long gloves lunched at the former Stewart's Department store; and shoppers flocked to Howard and Lexington streets.
