Christmas Village at the Inner Harbor
Christmas Village at the Inner Harbor - Christmas Village at the Inner Harbor
Here’s a round up of events this week that will help you get into the holiday spirit:

Local tourism/hospitality associations and businesses are hosting a speakeasy-themed Annual Holiday Bash Mon. Dec. 16 from 5:30-8:30 at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The event will feature food from area restaurants and caterers, live entertainment and a silent auction. Tickets are $55 at the door and $45 in advance. Most of the proceeds benefit the National Academy Foundation School of Baltimore.

The Christmas Village in Baltimore is an indoor/outdoor holiday market at the Inner Harbor's west shore park, modeled after the traditional Christmas markets in Germany. It contains German-style wooden huts; a heated festival tent; food and drink such as gingerbread, bratwurst and mulled wine; and more than 40 vendor booths. It’s open through Dec. 24.

Baltimore area Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants will be serving a holiday lunch through Dec. 24. A Crab BLT with zucchini fries, New York strip steak and seared ahi tuna are among the menu items. See the complete menu here

Shops and galleries in Federal Hill will be open until midnight Dec. 13 for Moonlight Madness. There will be a tree lighting at 7 p.m., caroling and hot chocolate and cookies. Santa will make an appearance the next day at Cross Street Market from noon- 4 p.m.
