After owning and operating five businesses together, Max Kryzhanovskiy and Alex Kutsishin parlayed their experience in business, marketing and technology into a creative firm in 2007.

First conceived as a small boutique agency, MOS Creative has grown to a full-service digital marketing firm. In response to the growing mobile web market, MOS began offering custom mobile websites and strategy last year. It has already garnered attention for its mobile work and was one of the participants in a White House briefing with Baltimore business owners.

It offers web development, design and animation and communications to companies in a variety of industries. The 15-person company moved last year to a 3,500-square-foot office in Columbia.
